Who We Are
Welcome to Veterans At Home Care (VAHC) — a Georgia-based, VA-approved home care agency dedicated to improving the lives of veterans. We proudly serve U.S. military veterans and their families, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. Our team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) provides compassionate, professional in-home support under the standards of the VA Homemaker/Home Health Aide (HHA) Program.

Who Qualifies for the Program
To qualify for VA Homemaker or Home Health Aide services, veterans must:

Be enrolled in VA health care.

Have a clinical need for in-home assistance as determined by their VA primary care provider or social worker.

Live within a VA-approved service area where contracted agencies like VAHC operate.
Veterans can speak directly with their VA social worker or care coordinator to request a referral for Homemaker/Home Health Aide services through Veterans At Home Care.
